Absolutely, samples are available upon request. In most cases, we offer samples free of charge, you only need to cover the corresponding shipping cost.
Where is your factory located? How can I arrange a visit?
Our factory is based in Ningbo, China. You can take a direct flight to Ningbo Lishe International Airport or Shanghai Pudong/ Hongqiao Airport, and we will arrange dedicated pick-up service for all domestic and overseas visiting clients. You are warmly welcomed to visit us at any time.

What is your production lead time?
The standard lead time is 10 to 20 working days after we receive your prepayment. For urgent orders, we can also provide customized production schedules upon communication.
What payment methods do you support?
For small sample orders and shipping fees, we accept both PayPal and T/T. For large formal orders, we adopt T/T at sight as the main payment term.
Do you support OEM service?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services for all our products, including customized specifications, logos, packaging and other personalized requirements.
